feat(StorageServiceConfig): add prefix handling and validation 
- Introduced prefix property in StorageServiceConfig.
- Implemented prefix validation and trimming logic.
- Updated path generators to utilize the configured prefix.
- Added tests for prefix validation and retrieval.
