test: add unit tests for DiskName, FileStream, and SanitizedFile 
- Implement tests for DiskName instantiation and validation.
- Add tests for FileStream instantiation and methods.
- Create tests for SanitizedFile instantiation and validation.
- Introduce TestDiskBackedEnum and TestDiskUnitEnum for testing purposes.
