feat(sanitize): add HTML sanitization utility functions
...
- Introduced DOMPurify for sanitizing HTML inputs.
- Added `sanitizeRichHtml` and `toSanitizedHtml` functions for safe HTML rendering.
- Updated various components to use the new sanitization methods to prevent XSS attacks.
