Release virtual meta-keys on VncActivity stop 
It reduces the chances of meta-keys being left in pressed state even after disconnecting. ( #16 )

7400a38c36 Allow mapping 'Back' key to 'Escape' 
It provides a workaround for some devices where Escape key is hardwired
to produce Back key press. But we don't want to affect the Back button
in navigation Bar which is used used for disconnecting.

479dfd167d Add diacritics (accent) support 
This version works correctly with TightVNC server (Windows + Linux).
According to Vino's source code, it should also work with Vino, but actually doesn't.

ccfcb88b4e Simplify build types 
Build types `debugAll/releaseAll` were created to reduce the compile
time during development. Now LibreSSL has been replaced by wolfSSL
and compile time for full buld has reduced significantly. Hence,
these build types are no longer necessery..

Using wolfSSL has multiple benefits over LibreSSL:
- Better license (GPL)
- Small binary size
- Faster compile time
- No need for extra setup after cloning

c43981965b Fix a possible crash due to detached fragment 
When LicenseFragment starts, it triggers loading of licenses,
which happens on a background thread and can take some time.
If LicenseFragment gets detached before loading is finished,
the call to `resources.assets` will throw `IllegalStateException`.

Now `loadLicenses()` receives `AssetManager` as an argument, and doesn't
try to retrieve it from LicenseFragment instance.
