ff71cda227 Refactor KeyEvent handling: 
- Move Android -> X KeySym translation from native code to Kotlin side
- Split key handling from `FrameInputConnection` into new `KeyHandler`
- Add hardware keyboard support

6df94be1dd Refactor VncActivity: 
- Moved initialization inside FrameView
- Move layout handling to separate section

- Also switched to 'Runnable' as parameter type for executor. This avoids creation of an extra function object.

6a1b2955a4 Switched to ConstraintLayout for profile editor: 
- Reduce view nesting
- Better flexibility with screen size
- Better RTL support

Also fixed the issue of dialog not moving up when keyboard was visible

879a27c5fe Hide DrawerLayout itself in non-connected states. 
This fixes a small UI inconsistency where user could open toolbar drawers in disconnected state.
